Some more help with mustache pillow

I'm having a bit of a problem with row 26 with this pattern:

This is the edging. You can see in the photo it kind of sticks out like a flat frame around the pillow. You do not really have to do an exact number of stitches. To get the stitches evenly spaced you can measure and put markers on the edge and do the same number of stitches between each marker.
