How to Do Certain Stitch Decrease

I am trying to make a hat out of larksfoot stitches but it would require me to decrease the stitching as I get to the top of the hat. At least that's what it looks like. Does anybody know how to decrease a larksfoot stitch?

Well, the stitch is formed through multiples of four so if you decrease on ends, it would throw the stitches off. I would propose to do solid dc or sc along the top and decrease by six in each row and then end off by gathering the yarn along every other loop.
