Hello -
I am working on a baby dress. If it is helpful, the pattern is found here: http://www.redheart.com/free-patterns/springtime-baby-dress-and-hat
Basically, I can't figure out what to do for Row 3 of the Skirt. Row 3 says "Ch 2, (4 dc loops in next 4 vertical bars at same time, dc loop in next vertical bar) across to end, turn." I am confused as to how to crochet "4 dc loops in next 4 vertical bars at same time." Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!
