Question
taraleigh3182
Hi everyone! I am BRAND SPANKING NEW to crochet (@ 1.5 months) and need help tweaking a pattern.
I am making a beautiful crochet hook case http://allicrafts.blogspot.com/2010/10/free-pattern-star-hook-case.html?m=1
I decided I wanted to break up the star stitch a little bit for a different look/texture. I did 6. Rows of the stitch in the pattern then for the next 3 rows I did (blo dc, ch 1), skip ch alternating so the dc in each row are staggered. Id now like to go back to star stitch but I'm finding it difficult to use the ch 1 spaces I used! I'm a very tight crocheter btw. Can I just do a row of sc and begin again from there or just rip out my rows of dc?
Hope that made sense! Thanks!
