Hi!

Just started a project four months ago to raise awareness on child abuse and most importantly for the children who fall victims of abuse.

 

We crochet bears for the children. Each bear has a motivational poem attached and a royal blue ribbon, the awareness color.

 

Bears are to be donated to emergency response teams and family resource centers so they can hand them out to the children that fall in protective custody due to such abuse and/or those who are already on the road to healing.

 

We have gotten yarn donations, but need more volunteers to crochet.
