knit fingerless exclusively for crocheters

no, i'm not trying to convert crocheters (after all, we ALL know crochet is the BEST!), but sometimes it is nice to experiment a little with something new and my something new this time was knitting with DPNs. what the heck? why not?! i also shared a little of what i learned while i was making these.

thanks, belinda. i wasn't too hip on making them at first - thought they were just a trendy pretentious thing - but my 7 r old got a pair of manufactured ones for xmas and wore them every where. they were not her favorite color, tho, so i caved and let her pick out some yarn and put them together pretty quickly. my 10 yr old wanted a pair too, took hers to school and they were the hit of the day.
