Question
cgygirl
I know this might be a silly question. Basically I am making some hats, I want to make for baby-toddler. I know what the hat circumference should be but how do I measure the actually HAT circumference?? It's a square top hat design. Basically it's starting with like 18 ch. Or more for a larger hat. I have a hat that I have made 2 difference sizes but just need to know how to measure the hat itself.
I'm sure it's something simple but I just don't know!
Thanks
