Irish crochet

I have looked and looked for a pattern book for Irish crochet. There is a lovely one on ebay but it is written in Japanese. It has BEAUTIFUL shawls, handbags, etc. Does anyone know of such a book written in English? The ones I have come across are mostly for different flowers, etc., that need to be connected instead of a complete pattern for a finished item. I do hope someone here has seen such a book. Thank you for your attention.
