What type of novelty yarn do you like?

I have different kinds of yarn that I have been given, different sizes, colours, and texture. (I have stuff like fun fur, paton's pooch, mohair, yarn tha goes from thick to thin and back again, ect.)

 

I was wondering 2 things: What kind of novelty yarn do you like to work with or wish you could work with? What project would you make out of it? I need ideas of what to do to lower my stash of odd novelty yarn!

One thing I like to do with novelty yarn (especially fun fur) is to buy the cheap flip flops from Walmart and sc around the top of the sandal. They look completely cute and get lots of compliments! They make a great gift, too! You can get 2-3 pairs out of one skein of fun fur!

I like to hold the eyelash yarns together with a strand of acrylic yarn (either sport or worsted weight) to make kids scarves. You can also do the same thing around the brim of a hat or a bag/purse.
