I was at the mall yesterday with my pre-teen daughter looking in all those "hip" (is that word still hip to use?) pre-teen stores-- and I saw a lot of crochet. There were a lot of ponchos-- I knew they were big again, but didn't know *how* big. A bunch of purses and bags, and many hats. Every time I picked up a different $13 hat, I said to myself, "I could do that."
