Looking for 10" Doll for Tootsie Toddler Patterns

The doll is the 10" Berenguer Lots to Love Baby Steps doll. I know, I'm four or five years too late but thought I'd ask if anyone had one or more to sell or trade for. I'd like to make a set for my mom for her birthday. She'll be 81 in April and loves dolls. The dresses in that booklet are so cute. I know Ebay has some but the shipping is expensive. And I know that Annie's Attic has the 10" Lots to Love without the hair. I was hoping to find one like or similar to the pattern.
