I'm looking to make some placemats and it's very frustrating that I can't find many FO in the stripes or ombres. They have a few on the lily website, but not many. I think it should be a rule :yes that the ombre yarns have swatches on the website! It is so hard to tell, even in person, how it will work up.

Hmph.

BTW, does anyone know if self-striping yarn works with tunisian crochet as well as it does with knit?
