UFO's continued _ LMAO

UFO's (UnFinished Objects) stored in Plastic totes and WalMart bags -

 

That certainly describes MY closet! And laundry room! And dining room! (Right down to the rubbermaid totes and WalMart bags - LOTS of both.

 

My biggest problem is that I have forgotten what hooks I may have used to start them, etc... so they still sit while I pretend to ponder the outcome of said UFO's.

 

I have since learned that when (and IF) I use a pattern, I now pencil in things like yarn type and color and hook size... I stick the pattern or a note inside the bag with the project now. Maybe even the hook, since I have several of each size accumulated thinking they were lost forever.

 

But what to do with the half-finished "things" that got started before I got smart? 2 words - scrap yarn. If I didn't finish it, chances are there was something I didn't like about it anyway.
