I am working on this Pineapple Angel for my 83 yo mother for Christmas. I am having issues with this part of the pattern:
Beg shell: (ch 3, dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in indicated sp
Sl st in sp just formed, beg shell in same sp, *ch3, sc in next sp, ch 3**, shell in next sp, repeat from * around, ending last repeat at **, join in 3rd ch of beg ch3. (16 shells)
So I got that round done. Then I cannot figure out the next round:
Sl st in next dc and in ch 2 space, beg shell in same sp, *ch3, (dc, ch 2) in each of first 2 dc of next shell, {[dc, ch 2] 4 times} in ch 2 sp of same shell, dc in next dc of same shell, ch 2, dc in last dc of same shell, ch 3** shell in next shell sp, repeat from * around, ending last repeat at **, join in 3rd ch of beg ch 3. (8 shells)
