Question
kerri.m
hi there. i have decided to crochet my mum a chunky blanket as a christmas gift. i plan on doing one huge granny square or several smaller- not really sure yet. i would like the blanket big enough to comfortably sit over her lap and feet with plenty of room.
i have found a wool on ebay i would like to use and just wondered if anyone can help with how much i will need roughly. i dont mind having a little too much as i always fond a use for scraps.
the wool i have found is Sirdar Super Chunky Big Softie and it comes in 50g balls.
sorry if i am a big vague please ask if i can make anything clearer.
