Fpdc3tog how?

I'm going nuts here..i've been searching for hours for a decent tutorial of this stitch. A tutorial with pictures not just text. Im going nuts cuz i found if before and now cannot find it anymore. Please help me, this is becoming very frustrating

Front post and back post stitches really are not as tricky as they seem when you first encounter them. I know the first time I saw a pattern that used fpdc it drove me nuts and I walked away from the pattern. Then a long, long time after that I was skimming a book at the library and saw instructions for the stitch, and it was so simple... There is an excellent photo tutorial here:

That is what you will be doing, except that you'll be working 3 stitches together this way. So instead of inserting your hook around the post of just one stitch as shown in the tutorial, you'll insert it around the next 3 stitches.
