Totally confused by pattern directions

Noniof3

Question

I am working on this adorable bunny pattern " http://www.caron.com/projects/op/op_bunny.html" and was moving along smoothly until I got to the instructions for #12 which reads "Rnds 25-34: Continue as established, decreasing 6 sc evenly spaced in every 5th rnd - 42 sts." (each rnd is numbered)...I have tried everything I know to figure out what to do and am lost.  This is to be a gift for my 3 y.o. granddaughter.  Can anyone help?  It would be appreciated more than you know. Thanks in advance.

Up to that point, the rounds of the pattern have established a sequence of 4 rounds worked even (with no decreases) and then a fifth round which has 6 evenly spaced decreases. The instructions just mean you will continue to work in that manner for rounds 25-34, and after completing round 34, you should have 42 stitches.
