I dont think pompadour is a perticular brand, but a type of yarn like wordted or fingering, I did a search at knitting-warehouse.com for pompadour and It came up with several diferent brands that had pompadour baby yarn, you can buy it at wallmart.

Pompadour is the type of baby yarn with the shiny filament running through it. Red heart makes it--also Red Heart Soft, Brenet, lion brand. check out your local walmart and grab what sparkles!
