Music on Blogs - Yes or No?

There is nothing worse than surprisingly having your senses assaulted, be it audio or visual. I hate any web site that makes me find where to turn the music off instead of allowing me to find it to turn it on. I also can't stand, like many have said, a blog with too much going on in the background, such as things that fly at you or blink, etc. I don't like to have my senses over-stimulated at all.

I just turn my sound down or off if I dont like the music.
