The Only Thing I Like About Winter

The best part of winter is staying inside a nice warm house and knitting/crocheting all the little projects you put off because you were busy with holiday gifts. Here are a few things I have done since xmas.

 

It is supposed to be a belt but my DD is wearing it as a scarf. I have no pattern, just made it up. I used Lion Brand Trelles on sz 17 needles. I let the yarn speak for itself.

 

Finally made a pair for myself and they sure have come in handy.

 

This is the Mitered Towel pattern from Mason-Dixon Knitting Outside the Lines. This is a pretty good book and look forward to making more of the patterns from it.

Thank you, they are very easy to make and wonderful to wear especially driving. It is a great first dpn project. All you have to master is the needles and knit. They are small enough to frog if you get stuck. Here is the pattern if you are interested.
