Cute hats, what is the pattern?

Don't you just love those bulk buttons. I buy them all the time from Walmart. They have some very pretty buttons mixed in but there might be only one or two that match. Yours have lots of matching buttons. I guess I am addicted to buttons too. It is a comfort to me. My mom had a button jar when I was little and I would play for hours looking at all the buttons. Ahhh....the simple things in life.

Thanks, its a pattern that I made up! However I am working on writing it out, I never seem to get enough time.

I think that I have an addiction to buttons, I just love buying them, but usually the bags of buttons that I see never have fancy ones like these and usually doesn't come with lots of matching buttons.I guess I must have lucked out on those. I wish I could have gotton more, but that was the only bag left,:(

A couple of years ago, my hubby accidently threw out my buttons, I had two big cookie tins filled to the top. So now I am collecting again, but this time I keep them out of his reach!:lol Judy

My Grandma had a button can...we used to spend HOURS as kids sorting them and stringing them...just the feeling of them running between your fingers and the sound they make when you sift through them, just reminds me of being a kid.

That's soooo true, I could spend hours too, just doing the same thing, I can't seem to get enough buttons, they are very addictive! :yes

Judy your buttons were a great find! I see lots of hats in your future.... :lol

Yep, my mum had a button jar and it was a treat to empty it out and organise them all if I was sick off school. Um, I just realised I probably should've said it was a treat to empty the tin and play with them all, but I'm such a logic freak that organising IS my form of play :blush

Very nice hats! Like the buttons a lot. You got a very good buy on them. :)

My mom had a button box and now I have one. I loved playing with my mom's and my DD loved playing with mine. Maybe it's a "girl thing"? :)
