A Study of Color

I have just finished a doily I call "A Study of Color". It is a pattern by Kathryn White called "Pineapple Radiance" but with a few differences. I deleted the rose points and a couple of rounds and didn't make as many color changes as her shows. Therefore there are joinings and a few changes she doesn't have. All of the doily was made with DMC thread. The pink was my mother's thread which I found out after I had started was size 3. The red and the Cebelia (garnet) are size 10 and the varigated rose is cotton perle size 8. I would have done the points but I couldn't find a thread in a color which wouldn't take away from the doily already done.
