Question
Rapvnzle
OK.. I am trying to finish this poncho and hat set for my niece for a Christmas present and the hat is just not working
I used a cloche type hat pattern from yarnkitty.com (site isn't working tonight for some reason) and used the stitch increases..etc..from "Annie's Attic, On a roll hat pattern" for the brim..(I didn't use the same stitch count.. just enough to make it around the cloche)
well the hat is a disaster.. the brim is all "ruffled" and I'm going to have to tear it out.. I saw a problem after the 3rd brim row..but thought it may straighten out the further I got.. well it looks like a mop hat..
Any suggestions or ideas why this happened? >:
Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated!!
This is my 3rd crochet project.. so.. I guess there's bound to be problems.. eh
