Thanks for posting this...its the same thing, the only thing I see different is the way the put it together , as for all the rest its the same. Yes I did it all in double crochet (yarn over once, pull through 2 loops , pull through next 2 loops). Then I put it together using sc ( single crochet).Tis link uses 16 squares , I used only 13.

Thats right ....Its just my size..lol...you can make it bigger or smaller ...depends how many rounds you do it .

I just finished this bag today...It was really fast and easy to make. This is the link..it is a free pattern ..the blog is in spanish but you dont really need to read the instructions...since the pictures are self explanitory. (is that a right ??...)

Good job!!! That looks very similar to the haekelbeutel bag. I would like to try to make this one too, but not sure if I could get the pattern translated, as I don't follow pictures very well . But yours turned out lovely!!!! TFS.
