Irish Tam O'Shanter

Question

I misplaced the pattern I had for a St. Patrick's Day Irish hat. It's the same kind you see everyone wearing in the parade(GREEN, WHITE & GOLD with a Pom Pom on top).

Made these for my 3 granddaughters, who are 50% Irish & 50% Italian. They wear them every St. Patrick's day. I now have a brand new grandson - guess what his name is - Patrick ! He's 100% Irish and really needs to have one of these little berets.

My dear friend who gave me this pattern has since passed away. I am not very familiar with the crochet world but know that increases and decreases were used. I adjusted it to adult and child.

Could anyone please help me with this? Thank you!

I made this pattern it was offered as AA free pattern back last may.I even increased it to fit 3yr.If you do it in the colors that you want it comes out great.except it has a flower on top but that can be modified to work the rest of the hat.

Then here is a doll beret that can be made bigger
