Question
kelvweb
A friend of mine had bought the most real-looking crocheted cupcakes I've ever seen at a craft sale. I spent an hour yesterday looking for a pattern like that. I found many cupcake patterns but none like what she bought (plus I wound up craving cake ).
The crocheted frosting looks swirled (like Dairy Queen soft serve ice cream). Has anyone seen a pattern like this?
ETA: My friend also bought a "baker's dozen" crocheted cookie set from the same lady. Each of the 13 cookies looks different. For example, one cookie had frosting on top, one had frosting in the middle, etc. (They aren't just the same pattern repeated in different yarn colors). So, I'm also trying to find different-style cookie patterns too. So far I've just found Oreo and chocolate chip patterns.
