Baby afghan w/ roses attached ?

I'm trying to find a baby afghan pattern that has crochet roses attached all over the top of it. Has anyone seen this pattern?

 

I had seen the pattern free on someone's blog I found randomly last year and can't find it again.

Do you remember if they were attached or if they were made as part of sqs that were then sewn together. The sqs thing sounds much more likely.

They were attached after the afghan was made if I remember correctly.

The pattern can be called Cabbage Rose pattern or even Irish Rose Pattern. I found a free pattern of a granny square with roses it is from Caron I have enclosed the link for you to look at.

Those patterns are very similar to what I remember seeing on the blog. The blog lady posted what was her original pattern, but those you posted are close enough for me-they are beautiful!

With both of the patterns that are posted - you make the rose and the leaves first. Then it's attached as you crochet the background.

 

I've made the one from PH and it is stunning! I LOVE her roses.
