AC Moore website prices higher than retail

Am I the only one who has noticed AC Moore not only doesn't carry over its yarn and other sale prices to its website, every thing I've looked up there is actually higher than the regular retail price?

 

Every book, yarn, tool, you name it that I've looked at there, they have a higher price than the regular retail price.

 

For example, retail price on Moda Dea Sassy Stripes is $4.99 per skein, at AC Moore's website it's$5.45. A pattern book I was looking at has $5.99 printed on the book, at their site it's $6.59.

 

I wrote and asked why the higher prices, got no real answer, only that they "reserve the right" to charge different prices online. I wrote back and told them I reserve the right to shop at a place that doesn't price gouge online.
