First Beret Hat

I whipped this up in one night. I plan on making more, but will not try to do them in one night again, it was Alot of stitches.

Sorry I don't have a closer photo, I am going to make the scarf to go with it, will add that photo after.

 

I used a free pattern off JoAnn's website. Very cute.

The first time I wore this hat to work, I had someone wanting me to make them one.

I printed that pattern a while back, but after a scary experience with another pattern, I forgot about making a beret,,,,but you did such a good job, and look so cute it it, I'm gonna give it a try tomorrow...thanks for sharing:hook

That's very nice! Can you give me the link for that pattern? I think berets are "chic", they've always been the only type of hat I like to wear because they don't flatten the crown of the hair like other hats do.
