Shelle's Fall Poncho in Homespun Windsor.

Turned out pretty good. I like the way the Windsor kinda stripes a bit.

Next one I think I am going to play with a bit. I would like it to be longer over the arms. We'll see though.

I used just a bit over 4 skeins. I had 4 + some left over from when I got yarn for the Shawler. I like this color.

Hey Diane, one question,

 

Did you find the poncho made with homespun heavy to wear when you finished? My friend made a blanket with it and it has some weight to it. Just wondering.

It does have some weight to it, but, I don't find it to heavy to wear. I made one of Shelle's Shawlers and that took almost 7 skeins of homespun, that one is heavier then this, but not heavy aukward. I only used just a bit over 4 skeins and I think each skein is 6 or 7 oz.
