and if you go to her post #29 you'll find a link to where the pattern book is available. I got it for under $1.50 on ebay.

 

I'm also going to add that I didn't have any trouble learning the stitch. I used a regular hook (I didn't know there was a special hook!). If anyone wants advice.... After wrapping the thread 12 times, I found that I needed to think about sliding the loops over the hook and not pulling the hook under them. If that makes any sense!!!! It's just that when I did that the stitches went smoothly and looked nicer. I hope it helps.
