Easy Gift Slippers

I've been away from the forums for awhile...hopefully I'll be back for awhile now. :-) Just thought I'd share the slippers I made last night for part of my mom's Christmas gift - she's been bugging me for a new pair since last year, and I finally got them done! :blush

I'm loving all the socks I see here...but I have some more Christmas things to work on first...

Thanks all. They are warm and cozy - I tried them on (of course). ;)

The pattern is from the "Toasty Tootsies Two-Hour Foot Warmers" book by Sharon Hatfield. It took me a little over 3 hours, but since I hadn't picked up a hook in months before that, I figured it wasn't bad for being a bit rusty.

Very simple pattern - just a tube sock in the round from the toe up, then chain loops on the cuff.

I'm going to make some more of the socks in that book for my sis, but I'm working on an apron for my Grandma at the moment.
