Bright Granny Scarf & Earwarmer set

Here's a set I made for me (clicky pic)

I made the scarf last year, but just did the earwarmer a couple days ago.

I used Bernat Softee in the bright colors - my faves, and its soooo soft

The one thing I would've done differently on the scarf - stitched a border around the whole length to keep it from being so stretchy...maybe a row or 2 of sc.

I made the earwarmer completely from scratch - i have a few of these i've made, and they are great! We live in a campground community, and the major mode of transportation around the park visiting friends is by golf cart...gets a little nippy on chilly nites!! This helps alot!!

love the colors, I found that too, that some yarn is too stretchey and gets disfigured quickly.
