Orange Scarf and Hat Set for SIL

[Cocoa Cream]

I just finished these for one of my SILs for Christmas. I used JoAnn's Sensations Rainbow Boucle, not sure of the exact color name. The scarf pattern is Robyn Chachula's "Zen and the Art of Stash-diving" and I improvised the hat to match the stiches used in the scarf. It was my first time creating a hat without a real pattern, so and I'm so excited about how it turned out! I may just have to crochet another one, this time writing out the pattern. Sorry about the bad lighting in the pics. It's been dark and dreary here all week, so I had to used indoor lighting to take these. (I just couldn't wait any longer!)
