Turtle Neck Poncho

I must be on a fringe kick, or something. Here is my newest poncho. After making the last one, I thought I would like to have one made of heavier yarn, and saw all of the neat neck cozies, so I kinda put the ideas together and here is what I came up with. I kinda flew by the seat of my pants on it, and it is not perfect, but it will do.
