I am ready to try something new and I have never felted. And then where is directions to do it? lol

you can find sellers that take money orders.. i take money orders as well as paypal

I have actually got most of my wool at the local thrift stores.

I've been using my 50% and 40% coupons at Joann's to slowly stock up on fisherman's wool that I'm going to dye. I'm making Marlo's tote bags and the Pike Place Market bags for Christmas gifts. Patty

I have a bunch of Fisherman's wool that I accumulated the same way as Patty, with coupons.

 

I also like the wool from Brown Sheep - I've tried fulling with both the Lamb's Pride worsted and Nature Spun sport. The LP was fuzzier but both were nice.

 

I've tried fulling a purse made from Reynold's Lopi, but it came out WAY too furry.

 

(I got both the Brown Sheep and the Lopi from my LYSs.)
