Several crocheted wire bracelets

I've been on a kick making these. Just a plain chain stitch-- several strands put together. The earrings are sc and slip stitches. I have a ball picking out cool beads (almost as much as I have fun picking out yarn for other projects!) The orange one went off to my secret pal.

I use 32 or 34 gauge wire. It seems easier when it's soft and bendy. I have had terrible results with the nylon wrapped wire, personally.

I love these! How do you make them? Is there a good pattern online that is easy to do?

thanks, Debbie

I didn't use a pattern, but I can give you an idea how to do it-- choose 3 or 5 sets of beads (I use somewhere between 11 to 15 beads per strand) I string 1 set onto the 32 or 34 gauge wire. Using a size 0 steel hook, I ch 2, then I pull up a bead chain with the bead in the loop, make a regular chain, pull up another bead keep going to the end, ch 2, cut the wire and pull the end through . Do this with each set of beads. Twist the strands together, trim the ends, attach crimp beads and clasps, and crimp the ends.

Does this make any sense? There is very little crocheting involved, but a lot of finishing. I just played around with it untill I liked the result.
