Flap Hat

I made a few baby items for a lady across town. After her son's had seen what I did, they wanted beanies. One of her sons wanted a flap hat, so that he could wear it on cold days and then fold the flaps under, while at school. I decided to make the hat by Drop Designs. Since we live in Florida, I didn't double the yarn. I used single yarn of Red Heart Soft yarn, in brown.

I think it turned out rather nice and it looks good with the flaps down or tucked in.
