FA Awareness square challenge-1005 squares enough for 16 afghans

COME ONE COME ALL Make one make a hundred, all are welcome.

For the month of October I would like to challenge everyone to make as many squares as they can for FA Awareness http://www.curefa.org/education/friedreichs_ataxia.asp .

The challenge will run Oct. 1 - Oct 31st, 2008 . We will compile a list of names of those that would like to participate. The squares should be 8", any pattern, any color All squares will be used to make afghans for FA awareness. The afghans will be mailed to Jimbo to distribute in any way that he deems appropriate. Let's help Jimbo raise awareness for this and bury him in afghans.

I have added everyone, thank you for helping make this challenge fun.

I am looking forward to October and helping Jimbo share awareness. FARA is having a dinner and auction in October to raise awareness, they are also having an auction next October and these afghans can be part of that effort.

FARA is a 501 charitable organization and will appreciate all that we can do.
