Found a wonderful looking pattern for crocheted finglerless mitts :c9 that I would love to try, but I was wondering :think if any one has ever done any crochet using silk thread/yarn - either the wild or domesticated kind - having used silks for sewing and emboideries, I know it to be fairly pricy, so I would hate to buy awhole skien only to discover it is dreadful to work with! :eek
