Ugly Scarf...sorry

I made this scarf using SmoothFox's pattern for the reversible bow scarf. I really love the pattern in this scarf...but the colors! How I managed to find the most horrible looking gold color yarn is beyond me .

i love her pattern too. did you add a border or something? mine wasn't rounded.

I think your scarf is so pretty that I just went and bought the pattern! We have a local High School who's colors are the Red and Gold so I don't think it's ugly at all! Thanks for sharing the picture!

I love it too. I'm not crazy about the colors either, but that's exactly what I was going to say is that there are people who have school colors the same! I bet you could sell it or give it to someone who has those school colors!

 

Also, think of it this way...now you know how the pattern works out...it was great practice! It really is beautiful though!

my high school colors are red/gold.

maybe you can sell them at local football games if you have a school near you that has the same colors.
