Reverse direction?

I agree, unless they're talking about the reverse sc, or the crab stitch, usually a for border. There, when you come to the end of a row, you just start going the other way, without turning. The first couple stitches are awkward, cuz you just have to jam your hook in there in a weird way, but it makes a really nice rolled edge.

Yep you're right if it's a last row that's probably it, if not it's the other.Again though most patterns say turn or reverse single crochet.Reverse single crochet seems really akward at first just keep trying and you'll figure it out.
