I'm looking for a pattern for a cushion for a cane handle. My dad has to have both of his hips replaced and uses a cane. He hasn't had the surgery yet (still going to endless doctor appointments) but he'll likely have to use the cane after surgery as well. Anyway, the cushion on his cane handle (basic cushion that came with the cane) is torn and I'd like to make him a new one. I'm sure it is something simple, a tube sort of thing, but I'd like a pattern if anyone has one. Thanks!
