Name that square

Hey there everyone, well now that the holidays are behind us I've picked back up a piece together blanket I was doing from my daughter. I have only about 10 more squares to make...here's my problem though. <img border=0 src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v84/crochetville/TearHair.gif" /> I can't find the print out that had the instructions on the square. I thought I could just figure out by looking at my square, but I haven't been crocheting long enough to do that. LOL

 

Currently I'm searching stargazers listing of squares to see if it's listed there. I'm nearly 100% positive it was a pattern off the net.

 

So I got a bright idea <img border=0 src="http://img28.photobucket.com/albums/v84/crochetville/idea.gif" /> today and scanned one I've done to post here. I'm going to keep hunting myself but I thought maybe someone would recognize it.

The name of that square is - Circle in the Square number 19 in the 63 square crochet afghan book

Thanks Michelle, I grabbed my copy of 63 squares and it's a bit different but it should help be get it started. Mine doesn't have dc all around, mine are grouped in 3's like a granny square.
