What started out as a way to de-stress while taking on the challenges of being a second career student and working in the not-for-profit field quickly became a passion. During the first year, many creative and colorful pieces went for everything from simply brightening a friend’s day to bringing much needed money for a good cause.

 

And boy, did it cost a lot of money in yarn purchases.

 

The search for good quality yarn at good prices, especially for those projects to be donanted, ultimately lead to Angelicrafts.

 

Our goal is to provide the best quality mill end yarns at the best prices so those sepcial gifts our customers share don't have to break the bank.

 

We carry mill ends from major manfacturers and offer unique and specialy retail yarns at the best price we can.

 

Our Around-A-Pound Red Heart Mill Ends are on $3.00 a bag (15-18 ounces in each bag) and you can pick your colors. If color doesn't matter, you can order Red Heart Bulk Mill Ends for only $2.50 per pound. If you need small amounts of lots of colors, our Bulk Odds & Ends are only $2.00 per pound.

 

In the next week of so we will be adding Mill Ends from Caron and Spinrite!!

If you are in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, you can shop with us in person at the Fairgrounds Marketplace at the NC State Fairgrounds on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am - 5 pm in Education Building #2.

After months of negotiations, we have secured better shipping rates for our customers! We are now able to offer flat rate shipping based on the total of our order. For shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, our new UPS Ground shipping rates are:

$9.00 - $15.00: $10.75; $15.01 - $20.00: $11.50; $20.01 - $25.00: $12.75; $25.01 - $30.00: $14.50; $31.00 - $34.99: $16.25

To celebrate our new shipping rates, from now until October 31st, 2008, get free UPS Ground shipping on any order of $35 or more. (Available in 48 contiguous states only.)

 

 

Over the next few days, we will be adding other UPS Shipping options for expedited shipping. We will also be adding flat rate shipping for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. I was just so excited about the improved ground rates that I had to share!

Hi Hockeymom! Both Caron and Red Heart Mill Ends are bagged skeins. Caron bags their own in one pound bags. Red Heart ships to us in huge boxes and we sort and bag the skeins into "Around-A-Pound" bags (15 - 18 ounces).
