fleece blankets with crochet trim

Recommended Posts

I know you guys have seen a ton of these, but it's been so long since I've crocheted and/or posted anything out here. I just had to share. I think they turned out pretty cute. I made these for a baby shower I have been invited to on Sept 7.

Second blanket--Not sure if I will give both blankets or hold one back to have on hand for another shower...

Stenciled template? For my card? No I used this link... http://laurenm.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/2008/02/05/create-your-own-onesie-card-tutorial-and-important-note-please-read/

I don't own the punch that makes the scallopy trim, so just improvised with some stuff I had around the house. I think it looks good. :-)

One of my happiest things to make for my granddaughter was a soft flannet blanket with a crochet edge. How lovely yours turned out.

I'm going to buy the punch next time Hobby Lobby has 40% off again. I want to add that scalloped punch to my collection.

Thank you for all the compliments everyone!
