I was lucky enough to be able to test this beautiful pattern. It comes in sizes from infant through size 10. This is my dgd, Jenna modeling it.

It really wasn't all that hard to make. It uses size 3 thread and a F/3.75 mm hook. It can also be worn with a shirt underneath so it can be used all year long.
