Spring is in the air

Okay, I know it's not Spring anymore, but I wanted to show you all a scarf that I designed (for Spring). The design changes a bit from one end to the other, so this first picture is of the whole thing, then I took pictures section by section.

Note: To see the design detail, it is necessary to click & enlarge the pictures... just place your curser on the picture, and it will turn into a magnifying glass - then click:D.

I designed this using Art Yarns "Silk Pearl". It's handpainted 100% silk. The basic scarf is crocheted, then the flowers and leaves are crocheted separately, and sewn on. They are somewhat sparse at one end, and as they wind down the scarf, they become more and more plenteous...

Thanks for looking!

Please let me know what you think.

Beautiful scarf! I love to see people use lovely yarns like that. It's really worth it & not too expensive for something small like this. Great job!
