Fancy Yarn + Jimbo Hook = Fancy Scarf

For Mother's Day, my DH went to the Fancy Yarn Store and picked out some Fancy Yarn for me. I normally don't splurge on this, so it was a huge treat and really thoughtful of him.

 

I figured that Fancy Yarn could only be worked on with my best hook -- so, I grabbed my Jimbo... oh how I love it.

 

This is the result.... it feels like my old poodle. I mean that in a good way! You can see my Jimbo at the bottom.

What a cute scarf. Love that yarn. And what a sweet hubby. My hubby never complains about my "yarn addiction", but he wouldn't be cought dead in a yan store. LOL

Great scarf! How nice of your hubby. It's so nice to splurge once in awhile for something wonderful like this. Not only is it pretty, but it looks so soft & comfy too.
