"Eva's Shawl" finished

I've been working on this a while with FROGged yarn and finally got it all done. :) I'll send it to my daughter since I didn't use the "correct" yarn and it's much warmer/heavier than the original pattern says. My daughter lives in a colder climate. I used Red Heart "soft baby" - 14 ounces altogether.

Thank you, everyone! I am so glad to get that yarn used, it's been weighing on my mind for over a year, kept fooling with it and frogging everything until this shawl! Frogged it so often I 'bout removed all the twist! ;)

Lovely work! Thanks for sharing this. :hug I've been wanting to make this shawl for a while but a bit wary of using the lace-weight yarn called for in the original pattern - even though it looks terrific, not sure if I have the patience to use lace just now. It's nice to see how wonderfully this works out in a slightly heavier yarn.
